MITLA MEXICAN CACAO:
A SOUL LIFT CACAO EXCLUSIVE... Mitla is our first-ever cacao from Mexico! It's grown in Chiapas near the southern border, in the historic cacao cultivation town of Soconusco. The seeds are taken to the nearby state of Oaxaca, where they are toasted and peeled by Eva and friends. It is named after the Zapotec archaeological site near where it's prepared.
