Join us at AKI KIN on Sunday, May 3rd, for a heart-centered morning of connection and nourishment. We'll begin by communing with ceremonial Cacao-honored for thousands of years in Indigenous traditions as a gentle plant medicine that opens the heart and reconnects us with the natural world and our inner knowing.
Guided by the spirit of Mama Cacao, we'll move through a gentle yoga practice designed to support the nervous system and softly open the heart. From there, we'll drop into a deeply restorative sound healing and meditation journey with crystal singing bowls -an invitation to attune to the whispers of your intuition and the rhythm of your soul.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, open, and more deeply connected to your divine essence.
