HOLY WOW CACAO Rio Dulce ~ 1 lb. Block
Located along one of the most famous rivers in Guatemala, the Rio Dulce (sweet river), is a farm in Florres which is very small and only has 2 clients, Holy Wow Cacao and one other chocolate company from France.
We are grateful for their dedication to organic permaculture growing methods that have made them a top choice for sustainable-selective harvested-agroforestry-produced-wood that makes Taylor guitars.
One notable aspect to the Rio Dulce Cacao is that it has the highest cacao butter content of all our four regions, and thus is an extra creamy brew when brought into your delicious ceremonial beverage.
Rio Dulce is a swampy river that runs through northern Guatemala. Wet humid climates is what this Cacao loves, and there is a lot of this here in this lush jungle and river on which this single origin farm grows.
