This is the only known completely woman owned and operated Cacao farm. From seed until the final fermentation, it is only touched by feminine hands. And then it is brought to work with our women’s collective at Lake Atitlán.

We prefer to remind this for those who are holding women’s circles, it is a great residence. This farm is located near the coast of Guatemala at the base of many volcanoes. Their name is Nuevo Amanecer, but we have named the Cacao after the region in which they are from.
